Leave it to Ken , Tom and Mathew to go above and beyond for their clients. I've had very positive interactions with other team members but I've worked with these gentlemen on multiple occasions and their level of expertise and compassion is truly fabulous. 100% would recommend.
Tom in Service was remarkably helpful and courteous in my quest to find a replacement charger for my father's used and outdated mobility scooter. He also provided additional recommendations for battery size (we learned the ones we are currently using are are not the recommended ones). Thank you, Tom, for your exemplary service today!
We rented a wheelchair and had such a positive experience. The staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They made the entire process fast and smooth during what was already a stressful time for our family. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt genuinely cared for.
When we purchased our condo there was a Bruno chair/stairlift THAT WAS BOUGHT FROM AND INSTALLED BY THIS STORE the year before we bought our condo (installed 2014). We never used the chair lift because we were younger and able to go up and down the stairs without a chair. A few years later when we had to remove the chair from the rail to get our new freezer downstairs, I contacted this store (Jan/2026) to ask if we could pay for somebody to come out to reconnect the power back to the chair after we had put it back on the rai... read more
