They stated they worked for a company and that I had missed an appointment. All of that was a lie. When I went to the imaging Center they did not know who medmo was even after my being at the appointment. Medmo has continued to harass me with messages and phone calls and now I can't even talk to a human. Not impressed at all
Representatives that I dealt with were excellent! MRI was approved in a short amount of time! They will even set up an MRI appointment with the facility if you need them to.
