I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent consultation with Nurse Emmi from Medmate. Nurse Emmi went above and beyond to assist me in resolving my issue, particularly in helping explore options for non-flavoured vape alternatives. She was attentive, efficient, and highly responsive throughout the process. What stood out most was her caring and understanding approach. A great service for travellers. We are on a road trip and I needed a Dr. I received a call back within an hour. The Dr was knowledgeable about my issue and prescribed an escript which I was able to have filled at next pharmacy. The follow up call from Emmi (nurse) was most helpful and reassuring!
Don't bother! At 6.40pm, I booked for a 7.10pm telehealth appointment. Despite waiting on hold on their "helpline" for 20 minutes and sending text messages, we received no confirmations regarding delays. By the time they called at 8.46pm, we were already being seen to a the hospital. So driving to the hospital after waiting, was faster! And didn't cost me a cent. I have used telehealth many many times over the years and I've never had such terrible late service.
Lovely service! Dr Weru was fantastic and nurse Emmi was exceptional with following up with me and making sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions so patiently. This is something I have never experienced with any healthcare service let alone online! I will definitely be using Medmate in the future and telling everyone I know! Medmate are lucky to have Dr Weru and nurse Emmi- being so kind, caring, patient and professional. Thank you!
Nurse Emmi is a life saver. She went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most and took the time with me and for me and kept in contact providing updates and reassurance.
