My son was feeling unwell, and I initially went to the pharmacy and a lady waiting next to me happened to work for MedMate and recommended I call them as she overheard our conversation. Her name was nurse Angela. She encouraged me to call and speak with their doctors as she said they are exceptional. I’m so glad I did, the doctor was so caring and thorough and eased my concern. Thank you so much Dr Samuel McClintock. And to nurse Angela for recommending Medmate. I will definitely use this service again.
Lovely service! Dr Weru was fantastic and nurse Emmi was exceptional with following up with me and making sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions so patiently. This is something I have never experienced with any healthcare service let alone online! I will definitely be using Medmate in the future and telling everyone I know! MedMate, What an absolutely fantastic idea and company. I recently had a minor problem that I needed to see a doctor for, This was at the start of December, my doctor was booked out until early January and something as simple as this issue would have seen me sitting in emergency for hours as a low priority patient. I had a really good experience with Medmate. The service was very affordable but still good quality. What I appreciated most was the follow-up after my consultation where the doctor and nurse actually called several times to check how I was doing and to make sure I was okay, which I didn’t expect. Worth the price! A big thank you to Dr. Omar and Nurse Angela! ❤️ They were kind, professional, and made me feel well looked after. I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend Medmate.
The service is great!!! I needed a new script and my normal doctor, who is a 45 minute drive each away, doesn't do telehealth appointments. I was able to get a new script that afternoon and had my meds by the next day. The doctor was friendly and helpful with both advice and knowledge. Unfortunately, their software let them down a little. I had issues with the initial registration, which was quickly rectified by the support team.
