Had a really bad stomache overnight and booked one of them at 8am. The "doctor" said I can't get referral via them while they said it on the HealthEngine app. Shut my call after 1 minute while I was talking and asking about how I could get a referral. Scam?
Fantastic service, fast to ring me back and also to do a follow up appointment , the service was amazing and very caring
Had a bad bout of some sort of stomach bug & called to get a med certificate. Spoke to a caring and no nonsense professional dr on the phone. Follow up from the nurse the next day that I didn’t have to book or think about while I’m sick, who was lovely. Super impressed with this service nice and easy to use with great people on the phone to trust when you’re not well 😊
Ran out of script and couldn’t get in to see my GP for a week. Really good service, called on time, friendly GP. Even followed up after to make sure everything was ok.
