Mark is a pro when it comes to working out those sore and stiff muscles. I hurt my back and had severe sciatica pain, I couldn't hardly walk and after a couple of sessions of stretching and massage I am back to walking without pain. I will definitely recommend Mark.
I’ve never felt so much relief from a massage before! Mark is so thoughtful and really tailors his services to your needs. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back! I tend to gravitate towards women practitioners, but Mark made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.
Mark is my new go to massage therapist. He starts with foot wraps with nice hot towels, then moves into hot stones to loosen up, then what i call the jackhammer (it's a massage thing that beats you up, but in a good way) then to the full body treatment. I like a rough massage and Mark doesn't hold back. There was a couple times during my massage I felt like a ufc fighter about to tap out but I need the pressure on my back so I stayed strong.
