Medmark is the first clinic I’ve been too where I felt the staff truly cared my counselor Nicole was the first counselor I ever had that I was able to be 100% honest with and actually know that she truly cares And puts her whole heart into it! Overall I like medmark and the staff is great. I’m really disappointed and considering alternative options due to my counselor not being there anymore and so are other clients who have the same counselor as me. Nicole is my counselor and the first time I seen her I instantly knew I trusted her and felt so comfortable. We had a genuine counseling session and she didn’t just try to rush me out the door or talk about useless nonsense. Medmark has been the best MAT treatment program I have ever been to. The staff are very professional and courteous. They maintain a clean and comfortable environment where all new patients will feel very comfortable while adjusting. Medmark is about 20 miles from my house and I pass up 2 other clinics on the way but It's worth the drive to me because of how professional and knowledgeable they are about Opiate use. If you or a loved one are suffering the grips of addiction I HIGHLY recommend giving Medmark a shot.
By far the best M.A.T. clinic I have ever been to all around a very kind, and empathetic staff.
