The staff is amazing and showed their integrity and how much they care when they chose to stay and care for the patients until very last day after finding out the clinic was shutting down. They could have all easily decided to close the doors and just start looking for other jobs but they didn’t want to leave the clients hanging like that. They kept caring for the patients and helping everyone transfer over to a new location before leaving.
Clientele are absolutely wonderful! Loved learning about them and the addictions. I would have loved to continue working there but after almost 7 months of being treated like sub human and ashamed to be white because of the horrible director, I could no longer take it and had to quit. A week later I found out that that location was to be closed permanently. This is a shame since this location is needed so that individuals have a safe place to go to get help. I absolutely would recommend this Place to anybody who’s currently struggling with SUD. All of the people who work there you can really tell care about the patients and actually want to help them better their lives.
If you are looking for a place to go that has caring staff, with a warm welcoming smile, that never judges and lets you know that YOU matter, then there is no other place to go.
