I’m not really sure where to start. The reason I choose Medmark in Amherst was because I saw a friends review about how amazing this place and it’s doctors/staff were, and he was not wrong! I can’t even begin to explain how personable, how accommodating and how nice everyone was from the moment I walked in the door. This is one of the few treatment centers that I can say ALL of the staff is phenomenal at! I've had the same counselor for 4 years & she's the only counselor I've ever liked & I've been to alot of counselors. Dr Beeman is a gem, very open to what the patient wants & doesn't force any particular idea of recovery on you. It's a small clinic which gives staff the opportunity to personally acknowledge and get to know each patient which is rare. I'd recommend this to anyone.
If you are a struggling addict feeling as hopeless as I was 3 years ago I hope this review finds you. You will not find a place more compassionate and eager to help than the ladies in this office. This place has literally saved my life and has been like a judgment free safe haven for when I feel like I have no one to go to.
