We started our practice for all the reasons we couldn’t stand going to the doctor- long wait times, impossible robot phone trees, being passed around from provider to provider, unclear billing, difficulty in rescheduling, inflexible appointment offerings and endless forms. I cannot say enough good things about Medlogic! They take their time ask you all the important questions and never make you feel rushed that they have to get onto the next appointment. They are affordable and my last yearly exam that I had at Northwestern medicine was $3000 billed to my insurance of which I had to pay almost 800 In Labs. They have a low one monthly fee each month and my labs were less than $200 for the same exact treatment. They are still luxury and an affordable price. Love this practice. Both Dr. Green, Michele, her NP & Laura, her MA are terrific. Very responsive to calls and messages through patient portal. So many advantages over the generic, every day practices that have forgotten how important it is to treat patients as individuals.
Melodic has these best staff ever, rhe fact that you can get ahold of your doctor right away and get answers back right away as well as get appointments in last minute is a life saver. I will never switch to any other place. Not only that but the doctors are knowledgeable and actually get to know you as a patient and person.
So happy I found this practice. One of the best places - Dr Green is amazing , kind and has excellent follow through. The staff and nurses are super nice and friendly. Liked everything about it and the concept is novel and revolutionary. I loved it and can’t recommend them enough ( oh and my dad is so much better - am so glad they were able to care for him). Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
