The owner of whoever spoke to me over the phone is so arrogant. I asked him to estimate the repair cost for a small paint damage and he told me it would cost $2000-$3000. Ask him why and he just said it’s because he’s good. I will not trust him for any repair on my car.
Medlock & Sons repaired a damaged wheel bearing as the result of impact on the freeway. They were great addressing the issue and had it repaired as scheduled. It's great to know we have such a great option for major Tesla repairs. Easy to schedule and timely repair.
As usual, service with Medlock & Sons was excellent. It was timely, and the staff explained everything they were doing.
Deb and I have known Carl Medlock since he delivered our Tesla Roadster to our driveway in August of 2009. After he opened his Tesla service we have taken our Roadster to him, and he has taken great care of us and the car. More than once Carl has saved the Roadster from becoming a "brick", without his and his sons expertise we would have lost the Roadster years ago.
