Went there a few times and service has always been good
I had a very distressing experience at Medlock Medical Practice. I arrived on time for my blood test and waited as instructed, while several patients who arrived after me were seen first. After over 20 minutes, I calmly approached reception to ask for reassurance, as I was worried I had been forgotten. I am currently receiving treatment for anxiety and depression. Ive never had a problem getting an appointment be it with a nurse, GP or Pharmacist. All the reception staff are friendly and helpful as are the Management team. Its brilliant to know that its a training practice helping GP's and specialists of the future. I would never hesitate to recommend this practice to a family member or friend. Special thanks to Dr Pardes for continuing to support me and my "issues "
Recently had to deal with a medical emergency which is ongoing. Dr Pardes and Practice Manager have been brilliant and very supportive. Really appreciate their input and all the help and advice given. They get 5 stars from me.
