Had an Amazing experience with my appointment today nothing was too much and made feel listen to then followed back up with call excellent her aizha iftikhar suede she was amazing!
I have always had a good experience with all the staff at Medlock Medical Practice. However, HCA Rebecca should be singled out as providing an excellent level of care, always taking time to listen, recommending a course of action, providing encouragement, and following through on what she has promised.

Our family have been patients here for several years now and haven't had any issues; either getting an appointment or with the treatment offered. I prefer the online access, including ability to send in photos and whilst we've needed to go in for an examination on occasion, I find telephone consultations much easier to fit in around work. My only wish would be for staff to let me know when to expect a call, to ensure I answer first time.
