Van with delaware tag c130333 needs to put the phone down and camp in the damn mountains not the left lane of route 1. Unsafe and unacceptable
Avoid this service if at all possible. The transport crews are great, but the dispatcher and schedulers do not seem to be able to do their jobs. I have had cancel important medical appointments on two occasions because the schedulers "forgot"to put me on the crew's schedule. Even for recurring transportations they show up either a half hour late or half hour early, and the return pickup has been over an hour late on more than one occasion.
