WATCH OUT FOR SURPRISE BILLING! These are the kind of people who will hit you with additional charges after being in their office. Awful people.
I went to the Royston office for a physical, which is covered by my insurance. They billed me for an office visit and charged me $230 for it. When I called their company to understand why I was being billed for a service I didn’t receive, they gave me the runaround and were disrespectful. It seemed very suspect as I had confirmed directly that this was a physical. Their billing dept told me ‘it was a coding error but it’s already been billed so it’s too late. My 90 year old grandmother who wasnt feeling well and so we did an at home test which was positive. She had been given paxlovid the last time she had covid and had done well on it and wanted to get on something quick. Called the hartwell office but after care line directed us to Bowman office . They told her to make an appointment for Monday to get tested and just take tylenol for now. SO , you want her to be untreated for 2 extra days and then expose others by having her come in???!!
