Some of the reviews had me worried before coming to the dental office here. As someone coming on a long drive who needed several different appointments ASAP, reviews claiming their appointments were cancelled on them last-minute made me very nervous. Personally, I never experienced any of the things that those reviews had me concerned about, and I’m very grateful for what they do here. The provider and front office is always excellent although I always have issues with the MA's. I have to come back due to a screening not being completed during my son's last well child visit. I don't appreciate being hung up on when I have a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, I have to come to Danielsville due to the Banks location being just as bad, if not worse.
Friendly staff, so kind and patient with my scared toddler. Clean and tidy inside too!
