The provider and front office is always excellent although I always have issues with the MA's. I have to come back due to a screening not being completed during my son's last well child visit. I don't appreciate being hung up on when I have a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, I have to come to Danielsville due to the Banks location being just as bad, if not worse.
Friendly staff, so kind and patient with my scared toddler. Clean and tidy inside too!
I waited over a month for my appointment today which I completely understood. I have a bad toothache , once my exam was done ( total of about one minute ) I was told my nerve was exposed and that I would need a root canal but I opted for extraction. I was told I would have to reschedule for the extraction due to infection but that they would call me in something for pain and an antibiotic.
