I was sick as a dog and went in for a visit. I checked in online before I got to the office 15 minutes before my appointment. As I waiting in line, the girl in front of me was check in and then I said I checked in already but wanted to let you know I was here. NOTE - this was a day when there were VERY few providers at the location. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked up to the desk and asked what was happening. Everyone is real nice and polite. When the Dr comes in she is already familiar with my case. They'll also take the time to adress all ur concerns. Making sure u understand what is going on with what ever is going on in ur body. I have already recommended several people to go Medlink. And I will keep doing so. It's awesome that they are everywhere ,even in small towns. Their the best in my book
Reception was wonderful and understanding. My visit was overall the best I've had in Georgia. They addressed my problem and took the issue seriously, unlike the hospital. 10/10 recommend. They treat you like a human. Came in for labs and Lauren is amazing. I'm a whimp but I didn't feel a thing! She is the best!
Medlink Banks called me to push my appointment back to 5:30. They called to confirm my appointment TWICE. When I arrived at 5:20, they told me my appointment was at 5:00 and refused to see me. Not only did they make no attempt to fix this mistake, but the doctor couldn’t be bothered to squeeze me in. I live 45 minutes away. What’s really sad is that I’ve been a patient of Dr. Trawick’s for 5 years, and this isn’t the first time this has happened.
