Dr. Bright is new to practice. She has a terrible bedside manner. She didn’t even bother to discuss my medical history or get to know me during our first visit. I have been seeing doctors at the practice since 2015. She was overly concerned about Fioricet that showed up on my medication list from several years ago. I can always get the simple stuff taken care of with ease. If you don’t have insurance, the slide scale program is amazing. Definitely going to miss Dr. Traywick.
Dr traywick left and they're not honoring any of my prescriptions. Telling me denied and I have to make another appointment. Worst experience in my life just wanting money.
Medlink Banks called me to push my appointment back to 5:30. They called to confirm my appointment TWICE. When I arrived at 5:20, they told me my appointment was at 5:00 and refused to see me. Not only did they make no attempt to fix this mistake, but the doctor couldn’t be bothered to squeeze me in. I live 45 minutes away. What’s really sad is that I’ve been a patient of Dr. Trawick’s for 5 years, and this isn’t the first time this has happened.
