Horrible, terrible, awful customer service. The company is fine as long as you don't try to leave and you don't need a response within the next week/month. My medication company dropped me from the program and I assumed I would no longer be charged by Medlink, as I was no longer receiving medication. I emailed them to make sure and received no response. I use Crestor and they save me at least 60% of pharmacy cost. It is actual Crestor brand name. The only issue I have with MedLink is their customer service. It is soooooooo very hard to get in touch with them to refill a prescription. It sometimes takes weeks and call after call to get somebody to call you back. Due to poor customer support I am now forced to look for another pharmacy like MedLink to order from with better customer support!!
