I dont know what is wrong with this driver, we have 3 lanes of stopped traffic, 2 different times hes cut into my gap using no turn signals and almost causing an accident

Not what I anticipated it to be, pay extremely low for the job, paid weekly just to add, It’s unorganized, you’re hired for a MO1 but nearly always placed to pack & stack off cases.They assign you to a line but still move you around daily.Shift manager move certain ones to more busy lines, while others watch you work,gossip,take long extended breaks, hangout on slower less stressful lines,shows favoritism,No growth.You work rotating 12hrs to basically slave literally.

Good place to work, great benefits so long as you don’t point out. I asked multiple people during orientation they said that they didn’t know. Which they did. It’s 2 points then termination. The turn over rate is insane. Most people point out within 2 weeks if not sooner.
