I got a Medline reacher #MDSAGR / LOT88524080003 from my Medicare insurance. The reacher is terrible! The head to pick things up is 1/2 the size diameter of a lead pencil. The gripping handle is a miserable small unit the size of a pill and there are cords (tiny, tiny) that move the pincers. It was valued at $16 in the insurance catalog, but should have been priced at $1 or less. It is a useless piece of junk! It is going in the trash where it belongs. Absolutely incredible services!! They were verry timely and precise making sure I got everything I needed when I need it. The pricing was great, and very one I've spoken to has been amazing super attentive and quick to help in any way they can. Highly recommended.
not a good experience i bought a sharps container with the lock and when i got it it did not come with the keys that it was supposed to come with and when i called customer service they have refused as of this day to send the replacement keys
