Delivery is back side of the building, go in gate and circle building, receiving is by the stop sign ( north side of the building), think they have 2 gates to enter, first for shipping. If they have room they would have taken me a day early ( on the floor). Appointment was 7 pm. Had a flat, they allowed me a hour,was supposed to be allowed 30 minutes and after reschedule. I called ahead and begged and they worked with me, empty in 20 minutes. They were glad only 17 skids. Had to dial 0 and ask to be transferred to receiving.... read more
Easily one of the worst places to deliver to... u walk in receiving door and there's 3-4 people sitting around talking and nobody acknowledges u or even say I'll be with u shortly.. they just carry on as if a ghost walked in the door.. 10 minutes go by and finally some 1 ask are u being helped? How? When? Did u see somebody assisting me? Give bol to them finally 23 minutes before your appointment time only to be told come back at exact appointment time.. this place is a joke!
My husband works here as a local truck driver and is severely overworked. Supervisors will lie on your name, micromanage, and show zero concern for their drivers’ well-being. Double shifts are common, with barely any rest in between. This is unsafe, inhumane, and completely unacceptable!!!!!!
