0 stars if I could. Owner ops avoid delivering here or at any Medline at all cost. I hear they have strict appointment times. If you’re late they will reschedule you and it could take days or weeks. Knowing this, I went in 1hr early and they kicked me out. On the way back I got caught up in traffic and was late. They told me to reschedule. My appointment is now 5 days out. Llegue a las 4:20 am para una cita a las 5:00 am la muchacha de la oficina muy amable y linda me recibió . Me comentó q bajarían mis 50 paletas y después serían contadas más tarde me tocarían la puerta para entregar la documentación, a las 6:15 am ya estaba lista para salir Gracias chicos excelente trabajo . No hay estacionamiento nocturno pero en la calle Bi muchos camiones durmiendo.
Delivery is back side of the building, go in gate and circle building, receiving is by the stop sign ( north side of the building), think they have 2 gates to enter, first for shipping. If they have room they would have taken me a day early ( on the floor). Appointment was 7 pm. Had a flat, they allowed me a hour,was supposed to be allowed 30 minutes and after reschedule. I called ahead and begged and they worked with me, empty in 20 minutes. They were glad only 17 skids. Had to dial 0 and ask to be transferred to receiving.... read more
Easily one of the worst places to deliver to... u walk in receiving door and there's 3-4 people sitting around talking and nobody acknowledges u or even say I'll be with u shortly.. they just carry on as if a ghost walked in the door.. 10 minutes go by and finally some 1 ask are u being helped? How? When? Did u see somebody assisting me? Give bol to them finally 23 minutes before your appointment time only to be told come back at exact appointment time.. this place is a joke!
