If you show up on time they’ll get you unloaded in a speedy fashion. If you’re late call and check in to let them know you won’t make your appointment time. I’ve been here three times and the staff have been very polite. My first appointment was for 6:30am I showed at 6 got out around 7:30. Second appointment was at 7:30am I got here at 8am and got in a dock right away. That’s good compared to other places I’ve been.
Would rate zero stars if possible. Horrible vendor. Prepare for biggest headache of your working day. Labels never match product on pallets. Prepare for wasted labor hours at your company if you have to take in product from Medline. Horrible company. Shows no interest in improving the process of how they send out product to distribution centers. I’d rather sort garbage in a dumpster than have to work with this product. Trash company!!!
