This company is an absolute NIGHTMARE!! Customer service is great at cutting people off when talking and talking over the patient. I had called to have our order put on hold due to moving, was told it would be, and call when ready to order. I called into order and told I couldnt order because it had already been shipped out. I've had to update my address a total of 5 times with them. This includes our insurance company having to call and update on my behalf because they still weren't getting it done. My Mother is 95 years old and has a coloscopy and needs bags for it. The lady that helps my Mother has been trying for 3 weeks to get another order of bags! There was three days where the guy she needed to speak to was out of town! They told me today if I signed a form as her Son they would ship the supplies out today.
