Is the heartland store your retail division? Says that its permanently closed, when will you re open one?
My mom and I are very grateful to Medline for their customer service in replacing a amazon (sold and shipped by amazon) bath rail that had a screw missing. All it took was a couple of photos and a copy of the receipt and they sent another in exchange for the original damaged rail. Shout out to Maina Kapur for the initial phone service and Ashor Ojanes for the quality assurance and execution of the order. They are very professional and capable. Also, thanks to Medline USA for directing me to Medline Canada.
