Don't show up early to unload. We've been in the dock for 4 hours. Apt time was 6p.m. It's now 10pm. We still have the red light and locked to the dock. ... Hubby walked inside to see what was going on. " Oh you should be done". Well l, thanks for not bringing the paperwork out like we were told you would do and thaks for not releasing us from the dock. And thanks for messaging with my husband's schedule. If we never come back here it will be too soon.
The receiving area is located in the back of the building, door 166. It's quite strange that such a large company has no indication of where exactly the unloading and loading areas are located.
If you want to lose a day or maybe two, you are more than welcome to come here and deliver. I will never come back here. We need to start canceling loads to facilities like this.
