Nunca envían los pedidos y la excusa es que el doctor no envía la prescripción autorizando, pero si yo tengo la receta es como si no valiera, pero tampoco te informan de porqué no te mandan nada y mi mamá con 90 años.

I ordered ostomy supplies over a month ago. They still have not been delivered. I have called at least 7 x in the last month and get someone different with a different explanation every time. I have also explained that I am very low on supplies as I now used my last one. They are the absolute worst. It is unbelievable and totally frustrating! I have ordered from them in the past and service was okay…..have no idea what is going on. Cancelled my account and buying my supplies elsewhere.

I ordered ensure in November 2021. It’s now April 1st still no ensure they tell me I need more information from my dr. My dr sends it the paperwork he has done it 10 since November. They don’t follow up with the drs this order i place today is my lost order I will ever do there My supplies are always wrong. My nurse had my account there.
