I have been bringing my guinea pigs here for about 7 years and today actually on Monday I called cuz I have an emergency and an issue that I need to talk to the doctor about and for 5 days. This vet has still not called me back and I have called for 4 days in a row asking for her to call me and she still doesn't call back. I am done with this place. Their communication sucks. They charge way too much and they suck with their customer service
Please , do not go there . There just kill our Bird . The bird was healthy and there cut them , when there took the Blood. And our little Bird died there . Again , don’t go there
My bunny Lambie and I loved Dr Medlin. He’s very kind and attentive and answered all my questions to satisfaction.
I wanted to wait a bit to post a review to gather my thoughts and provide a overall review of the entire experience. My rat went in for a tumor removal which was actually very reasonable. But more importantly while i can't breakdown what was right technically any better than a goldfish can explain the nuances of flight I can say that Medlin instilled confidence in me to make the decision to go ahead with the removal.
