This is the worst company to work for on this planet they have a dispatcher that is evil and vindictive she cares nothing about the customers with disabilities she will tell you to leave them she tells you don’t help people with groceries bags she so evil till she will not let a driver work even though the rest of the drivers are running behind because you did something that she don’t like or you told her something that she didn’t like she takes everything personal so she makes disabled people in wheel chairs wait for hours ... read more

I don’t recommend this company… ********AWFUL SERVICE***** dropped off at an 8 am drs appt… scheduled 8:55 return trip…3 calls later and still no ride… we’ve been waiting over 90 minutes…if my husband wasn’t confined to a wheelchair we would have gotten an uber…The lack of communication is unacceptable.
