I used MedLife for the first time twice in the past two weeks, both roundtrips in Manhattan and one with the driver waiting for me. Both drivers were punctual and considerate when my doctor appointments differed in end time from what I originally thought. I was very pleased with the drivers' care and concern for me and my wife. I was also happy with my dealings with the scheduler and dispatcher. They made every effort to accommodate my needs and to explain my options. I will happily use this service in the future.
