I canceled a scheduled job with this company because I was mistreated. You need to learn how to show more respect to your potential clients and the people who are possibly going to pay you money. There is no way that we are going to write a check for $2,700.00 to your company while your office manager complains to me about my brother or about me on the telephone. I called Medley in the morning about a leak at the under-sink garbage disposal unit. They told me their technician would arrive between 2 and 4 pm. He, Tyler, came very promptly at 2, and was gone by 3 having diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Thank you Medley team!
We have a small clog in our exterior drain leading to the city sewer. The line WAS still draining before Tyler came to snake our line. Tyler's a nice guy, but he ran an auger for about fifteen minutes outside and said he couldn't get the clog, he suspected the line collapsed. Charged us 375 dollars to tell me the line was partially clogged when we already knew that. The man waited longer for his boss to call back and give him an estimate on total repairs for the suspected collapse (not sure thats the problem)than he spent tr... read more
