HE IS NOTHING BUT A LEGAL CROOK! Mark Medley tells you what you want to hear to get a large retainer from you( which you will not get back if he doesn't use it all) and then does not deliver on anything! He files motions one at a time so he can keep going to hearings so he can charge you for every appearance he makes, a 25 mile drive for example, he billed me for 3.25 hrs for travel @ $375/hr. All this attorney does is try to keep you going back and forth to the courtroom as much as possible so that he can collect his huge hourly fee. He double bills too. He took over 6 months to type up my divorce decree, for a divorce that was already settled and final. He left out a lot of key things on the decree. He has nicknames for his clients that are not very flattering. He lies and avoids you until it is time for you to pay then he hounds you like a dog.
