I retained John for a contempt of court case against my ex husband. He did file the necessary documents for the hearing. I also received one invoice months ago outlining the charges for the services. However, he does not respond to emails promptly. His communication is lacking. I was able to resolve the issue with my ex, and the hearing was ultimately canceled. I requested a final invoice and the credit back for my non allocated retainer numerous times. I have not received either requests.
Had the same experience where an invoice is asked for but not provided, with Medler who is now a judge and now currently with Bridges. I am not having the experience where Bridges researches the history of the teenager for proper representation and he does not weigh in the emotional state or actual words from the now 16yr old into account. I am still in court with my ex over visitation of a 16yr, soon to be 17yr with a driver's license. I am happy for the people who have had good experiences but I cannot say the same.
