I recently changed pharmacies due to bad service and disrespect from the large drugstore. After many many years, I was only a number and a wallet to them. The staff at Medlandia already know my name and when arriving to pick up a prescription I was met with a friendly welcome, she didn't even ask but just knew what I was there for and spent time chatting. Much appreciated being treated like a person!
