I recently had my wire re-glued, and unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory. Since the appointment, I have been unable to bite properly because the glue appears to be too high to the point where my molars don’t touch at all when biting down. I raised this concern multiple times during the visit, but was advised that it should be fine and that the molar would eventually settle and my bite would be fine. Very friendly staff and really did well on helping my journey through straightening my teeth
The glue on my top retainer fell off and the girls at medland cooler did a good job glueing it back together. The service was lovely
