Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received over the phone from the receptionist at Medland Orthodontics. I called to see if I could come in earlier or reschedule my appointment, as I haven’t been seen by Dr. Medland in over 7 months. The receptionist was passive-aggressive, unhelpful, and downright rude — offering me the next available time two months out with no willingness to accommodate or check other clinics. My teeth are perfect! Most professional amazing clinic with such knowledgeable staff after 20 years they have not moved and I am forever grateful !
my family have been regulars with the medland team and throughout our time we have been so well looked after. i have twins and both girls now have their braces off and both their smiles look fantastic. even when we have lost retainers the medland team welcomed us back and rescanned and replaced them problem free. can not rate them high enough
