I've asked for my results to be sent to my specialist and they never sent them which made me have to re schedule my appointment. Its for a work up on an auto immune disease and every day counts with getting a diagnosis. When they finally sent the results over they were grainy and hard to distinguish meaning they have an old fax machine. Wish I could give it negative stars. Picked up a stool kit yesterday, they said they were open till 3:30 today got there at 3:08 and they were closed!!! Now I have to do this all over again and meanwhile I'm having health issues. Stay away from this place they are dangerous!
