What happened to the days when the first person you see at the window at least tried to make a good impression? What an abrupt snob I got here!
I was sent by my doctor to go here to get a “nutriquant” test and the next day (today) “Centers Laboratory” in hackettstown, NJ calls me and tells me that the women who did the test here yesterday processed it incorrectly , or did the wrong test and its void now and I have to do it again at another location an hour away from me! Small one person lab. The young lady here processes your paperwork and then also takes your blood. She’s good at drawing blood. No issues. And she’s pleasant enough. All good. No problems.
What a great lab - so bright and clean! So much better than Quest and Lab Corp. The phlebotomist was so nice and pleasant. The waiting area is tiny but I was in and done within minutes. I am so glad that I found this place.
