Courteous and helpful
I have multiple chronic diseases that require different labs 4 times per year. I have outstanding insurance that ALWAYS covers ALL of my labs. I went to get my labs done and one in particular they now say requires a signature that if my insurance doesn't cover it, I will pay the full price myself. I am NOT doing this every time I get my labs done and for every chronic disease related lab I need. This is stupid. People with chronic diseases ARE COVERED for necessary labs.
