I have had the same experience and MEDLAB24 no longer answers calls or emails and received a Miramed Revenue Group collections of debt 04/24/2025 without description, dates of service, etc. This MEDLAB24 is a scam and tell you medical provider that another option should be used. Miramed has not been able to provide documentation of what is owed.
Miramed is attempting to collect a debt on behalf of a company—MedLab24—that is no longer reachable. In fact, the phone number listed on MedLab24’s website now routes directly to Miramed, indicating that the original provider is either defunct or has transferred operations without transparency. I have repeatedly requested postmarked proof that this debt was ever properly billed to me, as I would have promptly addressed any legitimate charge.
