No one knows what is being done here. Total lack of communication between staff. No organisation. No phone manners with clients. Always in a rush when you call them for specimen questions. Very disappointed
Used one of the techs (very nice lady) for a COVID test. Unfortunately 6 days later no results. No one answers emails or phone calls. This place is a joke. How can they even offer covid testing when they don't give you results. Stay away. Wait for reputable Walgreens or other places to open up. This place should be shut down. Update this was years ago and never got the results! Stay away.
