The techs are friendly making you comfortable the problem i had was getting appointment for breast biopsy 3weeks they called and cancelled me appointment claiming not getting my my doctor authorization which was a lie, i had seen my doctor once a week i know they sent it then tryd to give mw appointment in july was not professional or helpful
This place is horrible my sister has CHRONIC PAIN And needed X-rays and the one thing that was on her referral was a spinal X-ray and they didn’t do it and so she goes to her next doctor appointment and they tell her they didn’t get the one thing she needed and she started crying her eyes out It was horrible So we went back and they were mean and disrespectful absolutely disgusting place I wood not go they need to be shut down

Receptionist and technicians have no manners they are rude. I came here for my annual mammogram the technician was so rude. She pushed me against the machine ..no compassion for patients.
My sister needed an emergent abdominal CT. The staff at Medizen were so kind, so helpful in getting her in for this much needed test. I am so grateful to Amanda, the office manager for her wonderful dedication to optimal patient care. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how thankful I am for Amanda and her staff at Medizen
