My sister needed an emergent abdominal CT. The staff at Medizen were so kind, so helpful in getting her in for this much needed test. This place should be closed and stop their practice. The most I efficient, forgetful, disorganized and poorly managed. It’s irrelevant if you have appointment or walk in, front desk will ignore your presence and after hours of waiting the manager will make you feel guilty for their disorganization. You also will have to call and find out about the results if you want ever to receive them.

I recently had a mammogram, and my experience was excellent. The technician who took my images was very gentle and made sure to explain each step of the process as she went along. Additionally, the receptionist called me the day before to confirm my appointment, which was a helpful reminder. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I have no complaints.
