Pharmacist just hung on me!?. They called me asking: "WHY Workman's Comp denied ALL my brothers prescriptions"? I asked "What is the name of the Insurance Company your using?" ie. United Healthcare, Blue Cross, etc., and he angrily answered "Workers Comp". I asked again: "But, what is the name of the Insurance Company your filing with?", and he HUNG UP on me. This seems like a shady Pharmacy!?. They can figure it out on their own then... Professionals don't hang up on people who are trying to help them!?.

Just called this pharmacy (as a pharmacist working at another pharmacy) to try and transfer prescriptions for a patient. Was first told there was nothing to transfer and that all prescriptions were already transferred somewhere but they couldn't tell me where. After having the client call Medix to ask where their prescriptions were sent, Medix was able to find the prescriptions and told the client that I needed to call them back. Medix Pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacist and staff are always kind and very professional 👏🏾. I called in my refill and it was delivered the same day. The delivery driver even called to secure delivery. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Medix 😊
