04/24/2026: This company outright lies to customers over and over again about the approval status of your insurance company, only to find out that they only submitted your request to the insurance company two days ago. I rarely write a negative review but this situation is totally unacceptable. Also getting through to a person on the phone is virtually impossible unless you swear at the AI, "Claire." Only then will you be put through to an actual person. A good FYI for those who can't get through.
