I have been trying since October of 2024 to get in here for my Reclast, and since early January 2025 for my Inflectra. My physician has reached out multiple times, I've reached out multiple times, and I keep being told someone will look into what's going on and call me back. Guess what? No one has called back. I chose the Waxahachie location because it is the only infusion center that I've found near me. I'm angry at the lack of response, as is my physician. Absolutely do not recommend. An order was placed on Jan 17th for Remicade. I have been given every excuse as to why I have not been given an appointment. Called today after 5pm and told I needed to have a HepB lab before I can come in after being told if labs were needed they would draw when I came in for infusion. My insurance is not the issue the ordering dr is not the issue. I was even told my record was set to start. I guess going on 5 weeks now without a treatment and in severe pain in no concern of theirs. I chose to c... read more
