I have been going to this office for over a year. Fantastic, knowledgeable nurses. They take good care of you. Very glad they are part of my team. 2 of my nurses have been there since I started and now there are two newer nurses (just to that office-not fresh out of school) that I've seen there a few times. I went to my first appointment for Tysabri treatment and when I got there the nurse said first I was not supposed to be there that day which I showed her my email confirmation saying I was scheduled that day. She said it was switched to another day you I was never called texted or emailed this information, I found out the day of. Also she literally told me she gave my medication to another patient which makes no sense to me for what my insurance paid for she's giving away for someone else without my consent which is obviousl... read more
