Supply4GI has been our go-to company for CER-2 Optima preventative maintenance and repairs for nearly a year and a half now. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The communication was clear throughout the process, and the quality of the repair exceeded our expectations. Supply4GI has been great. We purchased refurbished disinfectors from them and the instillation was quick and easy. They have been repairing our disinfectors for years and are great. They are always willing to try and walk me through the problem over the phone. If I can't fix it, they will come out and fix it in short order. They are great about educating me on the machines so that I can fix the smaller problems. They will overnight the parts that I need to get it back up and running.
