Bad experience. Kept me starving till 12:00noon and didn’t show up. Later said service isn’t available at location but they can arrange it for next morning. Lack of communication and understanding.
Worst Service We booked a test with Meditest, and the confirmed slot timing was 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM. However, the sample collection team has been continuously calling us since 06:00 AM, insisting that we be available immediately. Their team stated that their shift would end at 2:00 PM and that they would not be able to come after that time.
