I had a very disappointing experience with Meditest. I called their team only to confirm the price of a test package, as they already had my details in their system from a previous inquiry. During the call, I clearly mentioned that I was not confirming the booking and was only checking the amount. The representative named Deepak assured me that no agent would be sent without my confirmation. Worst service ,pathetic service "I booked a home sample collection appointment for the 7 to 8 AM slot. I waited the entire slot, but the lab technician who was supposed to come for the blood test still didn't show up. When I called, casually said he will come after 9. Am i dumb or what if i have chose that particular slot than there is a reason and i have to fast till that time super disappointing service by meditest . pathetic experience .If this is the service quality, I would have chosen other service instead of u guys
Nice experience.
1st time I booked for sample collection in badalpur location but nobody turned up again I rescheduled for next day and same issue. I booked slot for 5.30 to 6.30 and the person come for collection at 8.30 am. Then I again reschedule at Andheri location that person came on time and collected. So worst experience in Badlapur location
