Started out with a consultation by Wendy who sold me on a laser hair removal package for my entire face. Promised hair free with no more than 3 sessions. At the end of 3 I was in the same state so I called to schedule a fourth. When I arrived I was told Wendy had left and my sessions would be conducted by Luz. She wasn’t as friendly but seemed competent and informative.
