I'm not from Grand Rapids but I go to the Metro Vein Clinic in Grand rapids! Every time I go to The Vein Clinic I stop by Mediterranean island store, love the products they are mostly organic, least amount of ingredients in their products without all the toxic stuff they put in regular food
Meat is a bit expensive compared to places in Dearborn.
