I ordered Sheesh Taouk and it was delectable!. The saffron rise and the onions were superb. I also ordered tabouli and baba ghanoush, but they were inedible! The tabouli was anemic and just had no flavor. And the baba tasted sour. I have never been so disappointed in tabouli and baba ghanoush but the chicken dish was so good that I would give them a second chance.
This place doubles as a donut shop and Mediterranean food restaurant .. Horrible!! Entire place smells of rancid donut grease so we took our order to go. Chicken shawarma was dry and flavorless , in soggy wet pita! Falafel wrap had slimy lettuce - flavorless corn meal tasting falafel- sopping dogging wet mess loaded with pickle chips… Avoid the place at all costs!! Terrible 😞
They have a $17.95 lunch special and WOW — the food was seriously superb. The quality, portion size, and value are all amazing. We’ve been on a Mediterranean kick for the past few months, and this spot definitely stands out. It’s family-owned, and you can truly feel it — everything tastes like it came straight out of someone’s home kitchen. The pita is FRESH, the baklava is FRESH… you can taste the difference.
