Great friendly personal and quick in and out. Dr felt really concerned and was very attentive and caring. 12/10/24 I changed my review. My regular Dr left and the new Dr was totally arrogant and just nodded his head. Never had anything to say or was short. I'm changing my primary care. I refuse to go back to a Dr who doesn't have any empathy and doesn't really care. He made empty promises and wouldn't fill my necessary meds after he told me he would.

Very bad experience. The staff did not care to call me about the change to my doctor. They lied about calling. They texted and called several hours before my visit when they knew that my doctor moved to a different office. The manager did not think it necessary to call me and inform me about the change. I was just 1 out 20000, I was informed. At the end, I did not see a doctor. The spouses scheduled long time ago. This is not the first time this office had major issues, but I tried to ignore it.

Doctor and her staff are wonderful people. I have not had such a positive provider experience in a long time. Please do yourself a favor and make a appointment with MaxHealth soon.

Dr. Figueroa is the best doctor I have met. She has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. She is patient and understanding, I am lucky to have her as my primary doctor. She has helped me so much in the last year and half to get my health on track and make better choices in life, I am truly grateful to her.
