The doctor is excellent, but the staff seems a bit lazy. Even for the first appointment at 9:30, you end up waiting in the lobby until around 10:30 or 11:00. After that, there’s another 30 minutes to an hour of waiting inside. So, from your 9:30 appointment time, it usually takes about two to two and a half hours before the doctor actually sees you.
My experience has been consistently disappointing. The doctor always seems rushed, gives little attention to my concerns, and dismisses my questions without offering clear explanations. Each visit leaves me feeling more confused and frustrated than before. The staff is not very helpful, and the waiting times are extremely long. At my last visit, no vital signs were taken even though I am hypertensive, and during today’s visit, the doctor did not perform even a basic exam such as listening to my lungs. Dr. Umer is a very good doctor and always very professional.
Worst experience ever the waiting time is absolutely unacceptable our schedule is at 11:30 it’s currently 1:30 and this not the first time we’ve waited like this. We came to give another chance since slip ups happen at the work place. But I think it’s time to move on from this place. Don’t recommend
