I’m looking to give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 star to write a review. Dr. Umer is the worst doctor in town in fact I have never seen a more careless and unprofessional doctor like this in my life. If you really care about your health then avoid this doctor. First he will make you sit for hours before you are seen and when he starts to talk he’s rude to his patients. He was very rude and mean to my mom who is his patient. I do not recommend this doctor at all, here’s why. 1, the first time we came, my mom was having extreme head pain, and we had arrived 15 minutes before appointment time, 1:30, and he didn’t take us until 2:50. that too with me going up to the receptionists to ask if they could take her faster. After that, he leaves you waiting in the room for an extra hour. Then, doesn’t assess your health correctly, not professional, and keeps sending people for lab work and doesn’t do anything else. Dr. Umar is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. From the very first visit, he took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in his care. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex issue, I always feel confident and well taken care of under his guidance.
