Crazy how we’re all complaining about the same secretary who doesn’t have a care in the world and treats people like she’s above them. News flash!! you’re a secretary learn your place
Enough has been said about the reception that how rude they are. Now I wanna add something else. The doctor there sent me do a blood test ( I have a family history of hyper cholesterol) and I used to take medicine before my pregnancy. So I did the blood test..they didn't even bother to call. An email was sent to me " your results are normal". My cholesterol level is critically high and I am pretty sure the doctor did not even check the results . It's a shame that we have to trust this medical system.
The doctors were great . Thank you Dr. Fineberg. But !!! The nurse at the back , not only belittled me , but also threw insults (calling me stupid, as in actually saying to me “ I’m not the stupid one and lost it , referring to the form she had not given me .. and the demeaning comments at me because , I mentioned she had forgotten to give me a form. I replied how unprofessional she was being towards me ..While she was trying to lure me into a room and close the door , where the 2of us would be alone . I actually feared that... read more
The reception Lora , I think , is always Rude and does not want to be bothered with anything. It is a great clinic overall they just need it change her. She has a horrible attitude.
I have now lost count of the number of times that I have called the Medistat Clinic to reach my doctor for the last two months and unfortunately to date, I have been unable to get thru the phone line assigned to specialists (option 4) in order to speak to a representative as every-time, my call automatically gets forwarded to a voice message that just says to “call back later”, with no possibility to leave a message.
