Unfortunately would not allow me to give a 0 stars as rating. The clinic always wants you to respect their time and wants you to be on time for appointment but never respect YOUR own time and schedules you for an appointment at 2pm (for example) and waste at least an hour of your time (I have more things to do in my time than to have it wasted). I was finally seen at 3:35pm. Next time just book me for 3:30pm or something later so I can do other things other than wait for a pointless amount of time. I could've just arrived at... read more
We just left the clinic. My mom saw the nurse practitioner Samantha. She is very nice and kind and gentle, we really appreciate her support!
Staff is great, my doctor is phenomenal! I am very lucky to have her
The doctors are amazing there. My only concern is their secretaries are very rigid and unprofessional. Please invest in quality assurance to listen to their incoming and outgoing calls with the patients. If they don’t want the job there are a lot of unemployed people that needs a job right now so be grateful and don’t let your frustration out on sick people for God sake.
